The Town of Wilbur allows residents to have chickens upon Council approval of a Special Use Permit Application. Read up on Wilbur Municipal Code 6.07 for the rules about owning chickens in town.

The Town of Wilbur adheres to the Green River Ordinance requiring door-to-door salespeople to obtain a Peddlers Permit from Town Hall. See Wilbur Municipal Code 5.14 for full description of the law. Use the link below to print an application and bring it in to Town Hall for approval:
